Thanks for shopping with us. We want you to love everything you purchased, but just in case you don’t, we’re happy to offer returns on all regular price items.
How do I return my international order?
Return your unwanted item within 30 days of placing your order. The product should be returned in its original condition. We will accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition with the original tag intact. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
2.) Enter your name, order number (starts with a #) and email address to place your return request. Allow up to 48 hours for for your request to be reviewed and approved
3.) Select the items you want to exchange or return.
4.) We will send you a DHL return label
5.) Print and attach the return label on the mailer/shipping bag.
6.) We will schedule a pick-up with DHL from the delivery address
- Returns usually take 5 days to be received and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Refunds on International orders will exclude all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees that may have applied to your order.
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Once you receive your refund you can place a new order.
- Customers will have to cover the return cost, we will send you a DHL return label and deduct the shipping charge from your total refund amount.
- Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your shipment. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels
Can I return Sale items?
Sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Service before placing your order.
What if my return is late?
After the 30 days window has expired and your items are ineligible for return, they will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Ensure to have your return 30 days from when you receive your order to avoid being charged and/or to receive your refund.
How will I know if my return has been processed?
We promise to update you every step of the way. You will receive email notifications on your refund process.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item?
Please reach out to our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org, be sure to include your order number and share a pic of the item in question.
Allow 48hrs and we promise one of our representatives will reply and follow up.
